PullCustomCodeLookupList

Return a string of XML-formatted CustomCodeLookupList elements depicting all Lookup Codes for a Show. NOTE - this method is obsolete! For demographics, please use PullDemographicLookupList. For CustomCodes, please use PullCustomCodeLookupData.
