InitializeXMLFilteredPagedPull

Called to start a Paged DataExport with an XML format filter. Returns a token to be used for subsequent queries. The filter uses the schemas described in the ExpoExchange RealTimeServices manual. Currently ignores element attributes. A sample xml fragment is "<RegistrantList ShowCode="DEV110" PageSize="0" CurrentPage="0"> <Registrant> <RegistrantID>873</RegistrantID> <IsCancelled>false</IsCancelled> <NickName>Brett</NickName> <FirstName>Brett</FirstName> <Middle /> <LastName>Snyder</LastName> </Registrant> </RegistrantList>"
